Sustainability

The production of the fabric, which is made from Eucalyptus pulp, uses an environmentally friendly closed loop system that recycles process water and reuses more than 99% of the solvent to transform the raw product.  The process of using a natural sustainable product that is refined into a silky smooth fabric creates a new botanical alternative to silk, with the properties that make silk so valuable.

The eucalyptus pulp is sourced from sustainably managed forests that support biodiversity while capturing and storing atmospheric carbon. The forests are grown on land that is unsuitable for farming.

From this process a beautiful, botanic silk like fabric is created, it is renewable and offers the benefits of silk without the environmental, ethical and social impact of silk production.
